Bill "Biz" Zarella is an apparently British talent manager whose most notable client is the pop star Rayna Russell. When a stalker sabotaged a pyrotechnic effect during one of Rayna's concerts, Zarella engaged Echo and Sierra to protect his meal ticket, unaware that Russell secretly wished to be killed onstage. Adelle DeWitt appears to be acquainted with him, and offers to free up "the twins" so that he can unwind.
