The original pilot - "Echo"Edit

The original pilot was released on the Dollhouse Season One DVD as a bonus feature. Since the show has significantly changed since the pilot was shot and parts of it were cannibalized for other episodes, it is not considered canonical or part of the official storyline.

The world is in chaos and a group of renegades trying to avoid the tech that destroyed mankind search for Safe Haven. Instead, they find the place where the tech originated: The Dollhouse.

20th Century Fox Television produced "Epitaph One" as a thirteenth episode to meet contractual obligations. This episode was originally not to be aired on Fox, since Fox didn't pay for it, making "Omega" effectively the U.S. season finale. "Epitaph One" was released on the Dollhouse Season One DVD set, it was screened at San Diego Comic Con 2009 and is expected to air in most international markets.

WebisodesEdit

On July 22, 2008 Joss Whedon announced he was planning to shoot one Dollhouse webisode for every regular Season 1 episode produced.[1] Eventually these plans were dropped during the retooling of the show in the fall of 2008.

Season 2: 2009-2010Edit

Fox picked up a second season of the show for the Fall of 2009, consisting of 13 episodes.
