Franklin is implied to be one of the Dollhouse staff responsible for dressing the actives in their imprinted state. He is a cheerful and rather sarcastic man. He describes imprinting an active to be an immediate process while dressing an active to be a work of art. He is more than likely familiar to Boyd and Echo's other handlers after Boyd than he is to Paul Ballard.
